Manoj holds Master Degree in Finance, Degree in
Commerce and Licentiate in Insurance Institute of
India.
With his 11 years of experience in the field of
Insurance & Management; alongside his fundamental
background as Auditor, he has been successful in
streamlining and building the infrastructure of
Protection Insurance Services (PIS).
At present Manoj is heading the regional and global
Operations of PIS. His years of exposure in the
field of Insurance has gained him good rap- over
with many key personals in the insurance markets,
this gives him quick access to the international
markets and enables him to brining swift and
suitable solutions to the clients.
As Head of Operations, Manoj holds the
responsibility for the day-to-day activities of PIS
and he is directly managing Reinsurance, Finance,
Administration, HR & IT departments, he also has
exclusive access to the other departments of Direct
Insurance, which allows him to exercise proper
strategy on Quality Control and Client Service.
He has exclusively managed the Medical/Life
Insurance portfolio of PIS right from scratch up to
a turnover of USD. 5,700,000.
In 2011 he has taken over the Reinsurance Department
and now his focus will be to build up the
reinsurance department to great heights. To
stabilize the regional and global operations of
reinsurance is the current challenge he is
undertaking amidst tough competition.
