Osama is holding a degree in the insurance science
and he has several years experience as insurance
specialist with one of the largest professional firms
and business advisory providers in the world. As a
senior associate with "PricewaterhouseCoopers” Osama
excelled in insurance advisory, consultancy, audits
and risk management practices. Further, as a
consulting partner with Howarth International Bahrain
Office, Osama provided several insurance related
advice including business valuation for mergers and
acquisition, assessment for consolidation of group of
international companies, feasibility study reviews
and risk management consultancy. Osama’s contacts
with reinsurance market helps in reviewing the
security for the best available programs for the
insurance companies.
Being
the Managing Director of the firm, Osama has
considerable experience of managing and molding an
insurance broking company. With PIS, Osama is
responsible of developing our professional services
delivered to the clients by focusing on the
understanding of our clients needs and improving the
insurance technical strength of our personnel. He
also responsible of the risk management studies
provided to our major clients.
Osama
has taken the role of designing and implementing our
risk management approach, for which is considered the
most important base of our professional service.
